Enough is enough. Speak up now or forever hold your peace…
Last night Senator Rand Paul and his wife were assaulted leaving the White House grounds at the conclusion of the final night of the Republican National Convention.
The Kentucky senator was trying to cross the street to get to his hotel but was blocked by protestors.
According to Paul, “They were shouting threats to us, to kill us, to hurt us, but also threats saying shout, shouting ‘say her name,’ Breonna Taylor, and it’s like you couldn’t reason with this mob, but I’m actually the author of the Breonna Taylor law to end no-knock raids, so the irony is lost on these idiots that they’re trying to kill the person who’s actually trying to get rid of no-knock raids.”
Paul, perhaps the most libertarian member of the Republican Party, claims to have authored 22 criminal justice reforms, working with, both, President Trump and former President Barack Obama.
Regardless, demonstrators were still demanding: “We’re not going to let you go alive unless you’ll say you’re for criminal justice reform.”
Sen. Paul is not buying the narrative that the violence that’s playing out in the cities of America is an organic uprising of disenchanted Americans…
Senator Paul: “I believe there are going to be people who are involved with the attack on us that actually were paid to come here, are not from Washington, D.C., and are sort of paid to be anarchists. This is disturbing because really, if you’re inciting a riot that’s a crime, but if you’re paying someone to incite a riot that person needs to go to jail as well.”
“They were inciting a riot and they would have killed us had the police not been there.”
Sen. Paul called for the FBI to make arrests and conduct an investigation into the “interstate criminal traffic being paid for across state lines” because people have already been killed in other cities.”
The mainstream media has remained steadfast in avoiding the subject of who is funding the protests.
According to a Politico article from November 2015, it may be “some of the biggest donors on the left.” Democratic financial heavyweights that may include Tom Steyer, Paul Egerman, Steve Phillips, Susan Sandler, Rob McKay and George Soros.
Phillips acknowledged the funding was for “shutting down freeways and disrupting rallies.” And they were not disappointed when BLM activists consistently delivered on “disrupting rallies” by bringing violence wherever and whenever Donald Trump appeared.
The question of who is funding this violence is important because we may have “some of the biggest donors on the left” funding, what amounts to an insurrection against a president who they have political differences with.
An insurrection that is targeting the man that sixty-three million Americans voted for… with likely more people prepared to vote for him this election.
As U.S. Senator Rand Paul found out last night…
