Not one to be known as much of a spectator, former-President Donald Trump has been laying fairly low and getting some much-needed rest at his Florida residence in Mar-a-Lago for the past few weeks. His days have consisted of golfing and informal meetings with his inner circle. Still, unlike most of his predecessors, Trump has been working behind the scenes at a feverish pace, rather than descending into a life of leisure after his term in office, according to Politico. While seemingly enjoying his time off, Trump has never lost sight of his vision to Make America Great Again.

As our current President Joe Biden announces at the G-7 Summit that our “America First” policy is over, Trump revs up his engines to ensure that his legacy, his genuine belief in the exceptionality of our nation, persists. While media outlets attempt to falsely paint his MAGA movement as undesirable and possibly dangerous, Trump has not let up in his quest to fight for the prosperity of every American and for the very soul of this great nation.

Take a brisk scroll through social media, and you will find that Trump continues to appear in trending topics on Twitter daily, alongside several of his greatest supporters: lawmakers such as Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz, Republican Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley, and Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis. What you won’t find is much enthusiasm for Biden. And that speaks volumes.

Just a few days ago, hundreds of Trump’s supporters spontaneously gathered near his Florida home on Presidents’ Day to celebrate a man that arguably has done more for the average American in 4 years than any other president in modern history. A couple of days later, what may be the most divisive, vindictive piece of legislation in decades HR 484, the “No Glory for Hate Act,” was introduced into the House, seeking to strip Trump of being memorialized in any way – effectively attempting to cancel his very existence from our history.

Why is Trump continuing to dominate the comments section of social media platforms while also being the focus of the ire and anguish of Democrat lawmakers? The simple answer is that they are afraid. They are afraid that despite their best efforts to defeat Trump and his supporters via well-documented collusion between the media, Big-Tech, the DNC, and Corporate America in what Time magazine calls a “well-funded cabal,” MAGA persists. They are afraid: and they should be.

According to Politico, Trump has vowed to support “candidates ‘who espouse Making America Great Again and our policy of America first’ wherever he feels such challenges are necessary.” Among his targets: Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming & Rep. Fred Upton of Michigan. The goal is simple: primary RINO Republicans with America First candidates backed by Trump. A formal list of endorsed candidates is expected this spring or summer.

Senior Trump adviser Jason Miller says the plan is already taking shape.

“We are in the process of putting together a more formal schedule for candidates who want to come get his endorsement,” says Miller.

Notably, Trump rejected a sit-down request from former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley after she made some disparaging remarks about the former president recently.

Based on poll data, about three-fourths of the GOP want a party modeled after President Trump, with enthusiasm only increasing after he was acquitted, for a second time, after another failed impeachment trial. Indiana Republican Rep. Jim Banks recently tweeted, “A Republican Party that seeks to erase President Trump and fails to understand his appeal to working class voters is destined to lose elections in 2022, 2024 and beyond.”

As a conservative leader in the GOP I’m determined to make sure that won’t happen!!

As desperate Democrats and the media continue to lob attacks at Trump, it seems that he only grows more popular among those in his party. Coupled with Biden voters’ continued discontent, wondering where their stimulus checks are, as their leaders in Congress work to keep Trump out of Arlington National Cemetery, the 2022 mid-term elections are shaping up to be interesting, to say the least. With Trump behind the wheel, the MAGA movement seems energized and poised for a historic comeback of epic proportions.
