Georgia election data indicates that 17,650 votes were switched from President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden, according to data scientists who testified at a state Senate hearing on Wednesday.
A team consisting of Lynda McLaughlin, Justin Mealey, and Dave Lobue showed their findings before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee.
Mealey served as an electronic warfare technician in the U.S. Navy for nine and a half years. He was also a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractor as a data analyst and programmer for the National Counterterrorism Center.
Lobue is a data scientist with more than ten years of experience. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Data Science focusing on Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University.
“What we have here is we actually have fraud that we can prove in this election, there was fraud in Georgia’s election, we can prove it with data,” Mealey said. “The voting will of the people of Georgia is not reflected in what was certified by the Secretary of State.”
According to their findings, Trump’s votes were decrementing in several counties rather than increasing incrementally as votes normally do. They believe that 17,650 votes were switched from Trump to Biden due to this.
Mealey offered Bibb County as an example of this vote switch. At 9:11 P.M. (EST), election officials reported that Trump received 29,391 votes while Biden simultaneously got 17,218. However, in the next update, the votes were flipped. Trump now had 17,218 while Biden had 29,391. This single event caused 12,173 votes to be switched.
“Because there is a time lag between each state reported aggregation of county results, this type of switch can go undetected in state reporting as long as it falls after the latest state refresh and before the next state update,” Mealey said.
The Data Integrity Group team showcased Trump’s decrementing vote totals in numerous counties throughout the state, including Putnam, Dougherty, and Dodge Counties. The team claims that across these three counties, Trump had 30,000 votes “simply disappear.” In the graphic below, the DIG team shows that 17,650 votes were allegedly removed from Trump.
“The first question you are going to want to ask is ‘why are any bars going negative,'” said Mealey. “The answer is, they shouldn’t.”
Finally, the team also showed more statistical irregularities in Fulton County. To start this assertion, Mealey stated that getting more than 75% of the vote in a precinct is “abnormal.” In Fulton County, more than 150 precincts voted at least 90% for Biden. This added up to about 152,000 Biden votes.
“Receiving more than 90% in a precinct is a marker for fraud,” Mealey said. “This is a clear indicator of suspicious or outright fraudulent activity.”
Trump lost Georgia by 12,670 votes. This one highlighted switch is almost enough to flip the results.
“I want to make that very, very clear that at no point in an incremental process, should you decrement it,” Lobue said.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in the Peach State over the past two months.
