Last Sunday in Kenosha, Wisconsin, a city of 100,000 located 30 minutes south of Milwaukee and 75 minutes north of Chicago, a local white police officer, with his partner, confronted a black male who resisted arrest.
After getting free, the suspect walked around his car, with the officers trailing behind guns drawn, yet in spite of their commands to stop, opened his car door and reached in, resulting in one of the officers shooting Jacob Blake, 4 times in his back.
The shots that hit Blake in the back has left him paralyzed and “fighting for his life,” his family and lawyers said
The police have not explained why Blake was shot.
The first video shows the passenger side of Blake’s car and the police attempting to subdue him, he gets away and starts walking around the car, fights past the officer opening the car door, and reaches in, gets shot.
The next video shows the how it looked from a cell phone on the other side of the car.
Following the shooting, BLM and ANTIFA rioters started arriving, then after sunset started burning down the primarily Black-owned business district proving that this is not a battle of whites versus Blacks, this is Marxists against everyone.
One of the car dealerships, who had a Black Lives Matter banner on the building, had all of their cars also burnt up, over the first 3 days of rioting.
I guess those Black lives don’t matter.
Reuters reported on Tuesday:
Local police, who had support from National Guard troops, fired tear gas, rubber bullets and smoke bombs to disperse the crowd, which grew to several hundred, according to protester Porche Bennett, 31, of Kenosha. Fires destroyed much of the Black business district, Bennett said, adding that the instigators she saw were white. “It’s people from out of town doing this. We’ve been shopping there since we were kids and they set it on fire,” Bennett said.
Police and witnesses are reporting that the leaders of the domestic terrorists are mostly white, using BLM as an excuse to do what they would do anyway. Unless the mayor brings in a large contingent of National Guard troops these riots will continue for the foreseeable future.
At an afternoon news conference, Blake’s parents voiced anguish over the shooting while decrying two previous nights of looting, vandalism, and arson that overshadowed peaceful protests in Kenosha.
The shooting is under investigation by the Wisconsin Justice Department, which has released no details. Kenosha police have referred all questions to state investigators.
